Hello! I'm Annie—wife, mom, artist, and lifelong chapstick connoisseur (there's always more than one nearby).
I'm the artist and designer behind Evelry Designs, creating from my home in West Michigan, where I live with my husband, three kids, a dog who thinks he runs the place, and three cats who know they actually do.
My path to becoming an artist has been anything but straight—more like a winding, colorful adventure. I've loved creating for as long as I can remember, spending my childhood drawing, painting, and making things simply for the joy of it. In high school, I took every art class I could, and as life unfolded, my creativity found new outlets. I've designed and built furniture and home décor, tackled countless creative projects, and even transformed my own walls with bold, hand-painted patterns. No matter where life has taken me, I've always found my way back to art.
Today, my work is inspired by nature, joyful color, playful texture, and the little moments that make everyday life beautiful. Whether I'm painting bold florals, designing surface pattern collections, or finding inspiration on a walk outside, I love creating artwork that feels energetic, optimistic, and full of life.
I'm drawn to bright colors, expressive marks, and pieces that tell a story. My work is infused with movement, positivity, and just a hint of sass—because I believe art should make you feel something. My hope is that my artwork brings warmth, personality, and joy into the spaces and products people use every day. Whether it ends up hanging on a wall, wrapped around a notebook, printed on fabric, or brightening someone's home, I want my art to spark a smile and make everyday moments feel a little more colorful.
